The Philips SpeechAir fits perfectly into your daily workflow. Record your voice and send directly from the SpeechAir recorder via email, DictationHub service or the connected Philips SpeechLive Cloud Dictation Workflow* so your dictation is received by your typist even before you get back to your computer. You can also "dock and download" using the included docking / charging station into your dictation management software.

Three professional microphones deliver ultimate sound quality in any recording situation. The 360° microphone is ideal for recording dictations and meetings. For noisy environments, such as when dictating on a train or in a shared office, the directional microphone is best suited. It filters out background noise and records your voice perfectly for excellent playback as well as speech recognition results. You can even record clear VoIP calls with a third, dedicated microphone.

This is why SpeechAir recordings are encrypted in real time using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256bit. The AES has been approved for the most highly classified government information. A PIN code protects the device itself against unauthorized use. Features such as the camera can be locked and Wi-Fi networks can be restricted for employees.

The included superior docking station automatically transfers all your recordings to your computer and quickly re-charges your device. On-premise, Enterprise Level Dictation Management : SpeechExec Enterprise

SpeechExec Enterprise is a complete – on-premise – dictation workflow solution

nd transcription system that allows user to access the workflow via desktop application or web browser. Authors can choose to dictate and download via a traditional dictation recorder (ie Philips DPM or Olympus DS Recorders) or record on-line via a dictation microphone (ie: SpeechMike). In addition, you can also issue authors the optional Philips Dictation Smartphone App which negates the need for these users to have dedicated hardware and lessens the number of SpeechExec licenses required. Key features include;

• Central license and user management console (Enterprise Manager)
• Universal & concurrent licensing
• Dictation and Transcription users can access the system via installed SpeechExec Dictate or Transcribe application or via web browser on any PC through secure WebAccess platform
• In most cases, existing dictation/transcription hardware can be used (please provide the model of recorders/ foot controls for confirmation)
• Optional phone app for users who wish to dictate and send via smartphone app (please note that as a general rule – the more authors that use and access their dictation worklist via smartphone app the less concurrent licenses will be required)
