Returns Policy To apply to return or exchange an item from Dictate360 website, you will need to request a Returns Authorization number (RA#).
RA #’s are valid for 14 days.
To apply for an RA:
An RA# does not guarantee either credit or replacement. It is simply an authorisation to return the goods to VoiceX Communications Pty Ltd. Upon receipt of the product, VoiceX Communications Pty Ltd will verify the condition, warranty status and quantity before issuing credit/refund. Faulty RA Exchange/Refund Procedure: Customer contacts VoiceX Communications Pty Ltd within 14 days of receipt of goods for basic troubleshooting to verify fault. Where fault exists an RA# will be issued. Upon VoiceX Product’s receipt of faulty goods, the customer will receive either a refund or replacement goods will be shipped. RA Credit/Refund Procedure: Customer contacts VoiceX Communications Pty Ltd within 14 days of receipt of goods with reason for refund/exchange. Where reason is deemed valid, an RA# will be issued. Goods must be returned as a complete set including all cables, CD’s/DVD’s and power adaptors, in original packaging, unused and in condition for sale. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If returned goods are deemed to be received in original condition, a credit/refund will be issued to the customer for the cost of goods only. Credit/refund will not be provided for original shipping costs. A $20 re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Customer will be responsible for return freight to VoiceX Communication Pty Ltd . Please return the product to the address below with the RA# clearly written on separate packaging, NOT ON THE PRODUCT BOX.
